GENERAL HELP - On-screen Help is provided throughout the program by clicking
on the HELP symbol found on every screen. ________________________________ STAFF LOGIN HELP - Note Well :- Staff passwords are CASE SENSITIVE !
(On-screen help is available for this area) This is where you the tutor have complete control over the whole program. You can select or setup your own choice of words and lists for students to learn or be tested. You can even record your own voice to read them! The left hand page shows the existing 'current' word list. The right hand page is where you type in replacement 'new words'.
WORDLIST SELECTION -
CREATING A NEW WORDLIST - REMEMBER you MUST press 'Enter' or 'Return' directly after typing EACH word! First enter a TITLE (Start all words at the Very Beginning of Each Line. Do NOT leave any Blank Spaces, before, in, or at the end of your word.) Press 'Return' the 'Blinking Cursor' will go to the start of the next line. Place an entry on every line (10 words plus a title).
WARNING - DO NOT click on 'Replace Current' If you want to keep (and use) the existing 'Current List' displayed on the left. As this list will be erased and replaced with whatever is being displayed on the right hand page! To use your voice to hear the words spoken, click on the left hand side 'Rec' buttons beside each word and speak into the microphone.

EXTREME CAUTION !
Results ‘Viewing’, ‘Printing’ and ‘Saving’, are accessible through the central ‘Results’ button.
