WordSpell2 - Installation Guide
(If you are not familiar with the process, It is recommended that you print this new Install Guide.)

Before you can install this On-Line Working Trial Version of WordSpell2, you must download, save and extract it into a temporary folder. The file named 'ws2_30d.exe' is a Self Extracting ZIP file.

This Guide is Specific to the Online Trial Version.
(But the method is the same for the full version - except the '.exe' filenames are different.
However full installation details are supplied when the program is purchased)

DOWNLOADING - 'WordSpell2'
'Left Click' under 'WordSpell2 Program' to download the 'ws2_30d.exe' file. From the menu which appears, select a folder or drawer to save it into. (This location will only be needed temporarily. SUGGESTION - use 'C:\temp' or just 'C:' and Remember where you saved it !!!)

Find & Double Click on the saved file 'ws2_30d.exe', the self extraction process will start -
It will recommend that you 'Extract' the main program files into the folder 'C:\Ashgem\temp_ws', just click on the 'UNZIP' button. When finished it will say 'xxx... files extracted', Click 'OK' then 'close' the 'Winzip Self-Extractor' program.

After extraction there will be a file inside 'C:\Ashgem\temp_ws', named 'Setup.exe'. 

To install the WordSpell2 program from here follow the appropriate instructions below -

[ 'Download' and read the WordSpell2 'User Guidance Sheet'. You will need the  password information to access the secure 'tutor' area for program setup, Wordlist creation and        viewing stored results. ]

Windows 95,98,2000,ME & XP Installation (Step by step guide)
(Windows 3.11 is NOT supported by WordSpell2)

Method 1: 'Double click' on the 'Setup.exe' inside 'C:\Ashgem\temp_ws' and click on 'OK'. The installation process will now start, with an onscreen guide to help and inform you.

 For further guidance read the 'The WordSpell2 Installer Program' at the bottom of the page.

Method 2: Click on 'Start' then 'Run'. Use the 'Browse' button to find 'C' Drive. In the Browse window where it says 'Look in' click on the small 'Down' arrow and select (click on) '[C]'. A window will appear, 'double click' on the 'Ashgem' folder, then the 'temp_ws' folder, it will reveal a program called 'Setup.exe', click on 'Setup.exe' to select it and click on 'Open'. After a moment you will be returned to the 'Run' screen and you should see 'C:\Ashgem\temp_ws\Setup.exe' in the text box. Now click on 'OK'. The installation process will start, with an onscreen guide to help and inform you.

The Recommended Installation Directory path will show 'C:\Ashgem\Courses\Ws2demo\', click 'Continue', an ASHGEM SOFTWARE folder group will be created. (The suggested folder name should not be altered. WordSpell2 should be installed onto your 'C' drive to guarantee full compliance. The program only uses a small amount of Hard Drive space - around 8 Mb.)

After the installation is completed a start-up window will appear with the WordSpell2 program icon in it. We recommend that you 'Copy' this icon out onto the desktop now before use, for easy future access.

WARNING - The 'WordSpell2 Working Demo' is limited to 30 days trial from the date of first use. Re-installation will prevent the trial program from working!
