How to use 'Technical Support' efficiently:
Not all problems turn out to be faults. Quite often apparent technical hitches turn out to be just that new users are not always familiar with a program.

So we suggest that you always read the programs own 'Help' file first, then search the relevant FAQ's section below for the program you are using. (FAQ's = Frequently Asked Questions)
