More than just a puzzle, it entertains and challenges as it tests performance of solving beautiful picture puzzles against the clock.
A nine piece picture puzzle which looks simple, but can get infuriatingly tricky. Puz-Pix measures the time it takes to solve each picture puzzle. When each picture is assembled correctly, a larger version of it can be added to a gallery, providing a collection of beautiful images each with a description, which can then be viewed at any time.
Colorful background skins and sounds also add to the enjoyment. There is also a huge range of extra picture albums and subjects to choose from online, which is being added to regularly. The
beautiful images used are chosen especially for this program and created by professional photographers and artists. Picture album sets include - Sportscars, Animals, Motorbikes, Faces, Extreme Sports, Boats, Girls,
Flowers, Scenery, Trains, Nature, Historic Vehicles, plus various mixed assortments.
HOW TO PLAY -
As each small square is clicked on, the photo
assembles itself in sequence from top left to
right.
WHY CAN IT BE
DIFFICULT -
If the player clicks on any picture piece in the
wrong order you get a really weird (wrong)
picture!
If a mistake has
been made an 'Oops!' button will clear the screen
for a quick restart.
HELP AT HAND
-
A 'Help' button provides clues and a 'quick glance'
of the image if the picture is too tricky.
RACE AGAINST
TIME -
A timer shows time taken to do each puzzle.
BUILDING AN
IMAGE GALLERY -
When an image is completed correctly, a large
version of it can be added to a gallery to be
viewed at any time. Eventually providing a
collection of beautiful images. |
